Exec Coaching: 100 Virtual? Hybrid? How to Keep Your Best Talent
EXEC COACHING: In-Office? Virtual? Hybrid? How to Retain Your Best Talent and Grow as a Leader
Bill Tobin, Managing Director, LearningEdge Leadership + a Mystery Guest Speaker
According to CNBC, 55% of Americans are planning to look for a new job in the next year, more than at any time in 20 years.
  • Offer a promotion? Offer a raise?
  • How else can you retain and attract great talent, which is key to growing yourself as a leader?

You need to excel at managing across all 3 work environments (100% In-Office, 100% Virtual, Hybrid), not just today, but for the rest of your career. According to the University of Chicago’s survey of 10,000 people this summer, 76% of Americans hope to never again work in an office 5 days/week, so this new reality is here to stay.

Learn from Bill and his mystery guest how to motivate exceptional performance and form small groups (100% Virtual + Hybrid + 100% In-Office) to learn + share what’s working and what’s not.

Workshop: Getting Creative
You will break out into small groups and engage in a series of fun, creative challenges designed to increase your creativity and build more productive habits. Each challenge pushes you to rethink the way you see yourself and the world around you to uncover new possibilities and ideas.

The principal learning mechanism is a series of "Think differents", where you are challenged to identify and change your own cultural, habitual, and normal patterns of thinking.

These employ variations of proven tools, frameworks, and concepts to move you outside of your existing comfort zone and reawaken your innate creativity. The exercises involve observation, imagination, abstracting, pattern recognition, and analogies.
